Vodafone ISP via BT Openreach In Holmewood, Nr Chesterfield

I�ve not had internet connection since 21st May and vodafone have said it�s due to a fire on one of my local service boxes. Nobody else appears to be affected and vodafone have said that BT Openreach have not stated when they plan to replace this box. All I�ve been told is that I will get a reply when they have more information. How can only my connection have been affected if there�s been a fire?

May have damaged tie pairs and there are no spares to restore all the circuits. In which case a cable replacement will be required. Just a guess
