My initial post was not a request for help but asking for information.
A reply from BT did not inform me why re this increase, although information requested with a recorded delivery letter.
As to my new ISP it is of no consequence to this post.
I do not want to enter a pointless discussion as to the merits of one ISP over another, there are many opinions about this, evidence of this can be seen in Thinkbroadband.
My initial post, indicated that I signed up with BT Fibre with their 18 months contract and within 68 days be informed of a price increase.
Various posters have indicted that BT Terms and Conditions allow them to increase their prices.
I find this to be Unethical behavior, for it to be done within 68 days.
