Openreach Database!

Hi, moved into a new build 1 month ago. Duct and Openreach master socket installed over 2 weeks. However, address is still not on Openreach database, on Royal Mail list, yet other properties on the street are listed! Indeed several properties still under construction are listed on BT's availability. No service provider contacted is able to provide any services and I have found it impossible to reach Openreach's customer services. Can anyone give any advice as to how to resolve.

I have had loads of good responses from BTOR via Twitter, where as some have not, so maybe I have been lucky.

Also look here:

Scroll down to the bottom where it says:

If you haven't been able to order phone or broadband
If you�ve contacted a communications provider but they�ve said you couldn�t order phone or broadband then please get in touch with us. We�ll do what we can to sort out the problem.

And clink on that link, it will popup a form to fill in.

That's all I can suggest, I think the second route might be the best bet, but please give up to 10 working days for a response.

Well that's not good, well only other would be to try Twitter.

Use the site office postcode or one nearby and put the correct one (Or correct as you think it is... who knows if the builder gave you the correct one!??!) In the other boxes on the form?
