Hi, moved into a new build 1 month ago. Duct and Openreach master socket installed over 2 weeks. However, address is still not on Openreach database, on Royal Mail list, yet other properties on the street are listed! Indeed several properties still under construction are listed on BT's availability. No service provider contacted is able to provide any services and I have found it impossible to reach Openreach's customer services. Can anyone give any advice as to how to resolve.
