I'd expect the Health & Safety issues and the Risk Assessment for that approach would be far more arduous than training for and using a drone.

At least they did it out of the fishing season too.

I think they should give you the sort of kit they use for launching lines between ships. I was on HMS Cardiff in the Channel when a line was fired across to another ship for a towing exercise. It's basically a rifle with a grenade launcher attachment and a bit of string smile

A couple of slight problems there sir.
The Openreach team used the innovative method to reach a home on the other side of a 50-metre wide stretch of river in Glenmazeran.
We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock.

In Wales last year, it was a drone with a fishing-rod attachment - or a fishing rod with a drone attachment smile
