Can anyone tell me what is going on here.

Contractors near my house but other than it looks like a chamber of some description I'm lost..
We are planned on getting FTTP very soon I do know. Is this related.?

Interoute Network are a large data centre operator with their own fibre network so may be nothing to with a BT roll-out of FTTP to you
