Slower VDSL sync speed

Hello all, when I first moved into my flat I took plusnet 80/20 fttc service and I remember being connected at the full speed. I then moved over to Sky with 40/10 service a few years ago but have recently been moved to their sky fibre max 80/20 service, however I only sync at around 48000 / 20000
My line stats:
Connection Speed 48240 kbps 19999 kbps
Line Attenuation 16.4 dB 0.0 dB
Noise Margin 6.2 dB 6.6 dB

I tried to find a VDSL attenuation calculator like the old adsl ones but had no luck, is my line capable of anywhere near the full 80Mbps?

BT ADSL checker doesnt work as I have the sky phone line also

Pluged into the test socket behind the master socket thingy also.

Right so I plugged an old corded phone in to the wall and I couldn't hear any crackling but could hear a constant buzz over people talking when on a call and over the dial tone

That sounds like something�s amiss.

Ring Sky and ask them to test the line .... you *may* have a battery fault on the line.
