Switched to TalkTalk but BQM shows still connected to Nowtv.

As subject.
Switched to TalkTalk on the 7 march.
Set up a BQM for TalkTalk today and its solid red.
The BQM for my old NowTV (35mb) connection is still live.
Is that normal?

The old BQM will still be pinging the old IP address and at providers with dynamic IP allocation, this will be someone else. So delete that old BQM

As for the TalkTalk one you need to configure the router to respond to Ping requests on its WAN interface

Thanks.
In the Talktalk new Wifi hub (Sagemcom Fast 5364) I found a section:
Access control/Firewall/respond to Ping
I set that to ON @ Level Medium
I'm hoping thats OK....The BQM is now working.

A supplementary question if I may.
This is some data on the connection:
Downstream Upstream
Actual Rate [Kbps] 45593 12433
Maximum Rate [Kbps] 43980 12433
Noise Margin [dB] 0.00 6.00
Attenuation [dB] 20.70 0.00
Power [dBm] 12.60 7.40

I was expecting to see higher speeds to around 60mb but Im not sure if the line is being capped or thats as good as the line can handle.
Does the above data tell you anything?

Brain has forgotten the sync to attenuation table, but 20dB attenuation and 43 Mbps sync sounds good
