Possible Virgin Media Expansion

So I've wanted VM for years and have had my eye on roadworks.org like a hawk, recently i spotted road closures and they are lowering cables from the existing network in surrounding areas into this site which i understand is a massive property development which will take a couple years to do.

My question is what are the odds of them expanding virgin media from here now that it looks to finally be in skipton to the rest of skipton in particular the ringed area where my house is located here

long time lurker first time poster, made an account just to get some clarification so apologies if its in the wrong area for this discussion.

Likely to just be extension of network for the new development, rather than a wider expansion
