Availability of fast fibre BB

This is my first post and hello to all. I am currently with EE and have their Fibre BB 36MB but they are increasing their monthly cost so I have the opportunity to change provider. I looked at their Super fibre plus 67mb but their speed test states I can only get a max of 36MB. However, having done speed checks with several other providers (BT, Plusnet, John Lewis), they all offer fibre at 67MB speeds. Are EE just being cautious or are the other providers being optimistic?

VDSL Range A - H67.1 L44.8
VDSL Range B - H64.3 L39.8

67 Mbps looks to be the maximum you can get so if others are saying a minimum or average speed of 67 Mbps that seems very unlikely.

But also the EE max possible of 36Mbps is total rubbish. Simply not the case.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Three 4G, tbb tests normally 35-45Mpbs down, 65Mbps off-peak, 9-24 up.
