I have just switched from Sky to 3 Homefi. I am getting better wi fi reception and ITV hub/BBC iplayer all good if using Samsung TV. I have a Toshiba TV four months old which worked fine on Sky, says connected but then tells me no internet. Rang Three, they said phone Toshiba. I rang Toshiba, did re-set several times, eventually told TV must be faulty. I arranged for TV to be returned. Whilst waiting bought a Panasonic TV , same problem!! Returned Panasonic. Researching online it seems Toshiba,Panasonic and quite a few others are Vestel based (turkish). May be coincidence but proved my Toshiba was not faulty. Rang Three again only to be told they had no knowledge of television connections!!! In desperation I found out an old ethernet cable, plugged that into router and TV, chose wired connection. It worked!!! Went out and bought 10mtre ethernet cable and have Toshiba connected. I am no expert but both Three and Toshiba couldn't help me.
