Hi, thanks for the reply, when my Talk Talk went live my sync speed (in the router panel) was about 54mbps and speed test just below that, but now my sync speed is 72mbps but speed tests never get higher than 59mbps. I am not really complaining about that because it's a reasonable speed. My concern at the moment is whether Openreach might cease my Talk Talk without the Sky being ready to take over . . . another slight concern is that if Sky do take much longer I might then be outside of the Talk Talk cooling off period and they might try to make me pay penalties for leaving (although I did initially sign up for Sky which I am told is the cancellation procudure to Talk Talk, was within that cooling off period) . . . I have checked my Talk Talk account and it looks normal (no mention of an up and coming cancellation) and did an online chat with Talk Talk and thy told me that they don't yet see a cancellation request from Openreach but as I don't know what the actual switchover procedure is, ie: whether Openworld will switch off my Talk Talk on the 19th without a replacement being ready to take over leaving me with no broadband - that's my immediate concern . . . . Can you please also tell me what the Ofcom 10 day notification period is? Does that relate to me being notified (so that I can prepare or change my mind?) or Talk Talk? Thank you
