OFCOM compensation scheme question

[link to this post]

Is PlusNet PLC signed up to the OFCOM Compensation Scheme?

If so will compensation be paid if I am unable to connect to the internet while the SN Margin is being reset?
Or if PlusNet does not send an engineer after the SN Margin reset has not resolved the disconnections and poor service?

No

No reason too, this takes but the blink of an eye when the router resyncs.
Or if PlusNet does not send an engineer after the SN Margin reset has not resolved the disconnections and poor service?
No. If your speeds are below what were guaranteed when you signed up you should leave and seek another ISP.

Edited for spelling correction.

Thanks for your answers.

Looks like I will have to switch at the end of my contract if by the end of sn margin reset 10 day period no engineer is sent and the issue is not resolved.
