Strange output on TBB Speedtest Dial

Below is my test from today at about 4pm. (Children in local area back from school)

I saw the dial max out at 85 mbps for a split second and then return to about 15 then up to 30 and then bounce around the 15 to 25 mbps region.

As I'm on ADSL max I found this a bit strange. The download is 1 - 2 mbps higher than normal and the upload is 0.1 - 0.2 mbps higher.

Is this just a strange anomaly or are things going awry?

Buffering anomaly due to browser or AV software

Used Chrome and AVG for a couple of years now and not had such a huge difference before.

Not sure how 85 mbps could be sent over ADSL, even for a split second.

Thats the point it was not sent over the ADSL, but something for a fraction of time kept the data and then released it to the javascript. Exactly what process and how long it held it is impossible to tell at this point in time.
