Rental Broadband

[link to this post]

I'm currently fortunate enough to have 350Mbs Virgin Media, it's expensive, and the provided router left a lot to be desired, but other than that it's lightning fast and pretty much bullet proof.

I have sold my house and we have yet to buy a new house, I have a friend who is going to short term let me a property with no minimum lease, which is fantastic. Unfortunately the rental property is not in a cabled Virgin area.

So I think (and correct me if I am wrong), I have two choices, either pay lots for a short term broadband deal, or get something that I can likely move when I find the right house.

Any recommendation on a supplier that won't charge the earth to move, and doesn't have too long of a contract (would like Virgin in the new house).

Pulse8broadband are reasonably priced, on monthly contract.

Alternatively mobile broadband from Three or EE or Vodafone or O2. Also their monthly contract spin-offs, but which perform less well.
