Decided to change package on TTB

[link to this post]

Quite happy with the Simply broadband and phone on TTB but for peace of mind and a fiver a month I have decided to upgrade to the Complete package which has a few bells and whistles which I probably wont use but the main attraction is free calls to landlines and mobiles.

Only problem is actually changing the package, I looked at the help dashboard and it said click the upgrade button which I did and it and was presented with the Good Friday deals. So clicked the Buy Now on the Complete package. Long story short I now have 2 accounts with different orders on the same phone line. Hope I dont get a new line on top of the old one. Had to raise 5 tickets to cancel the old package, cancel the engineer visit and cancel the free router.

All sorted I think. Got my Welcome email with estimated speeds, 40-60mbps. I have learned it is best to phone up than use the live chat as they seem to be limited in what they can do.
