BT checker

Using the BT checker:
https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL

It returns "We are sorry but the checker is unavailable at the moment. Please try again later."
It has been happening for over a week now, so I thought it was under maintenance. I've used Chrome and Edge, cleared cache, changed DNS but still got the same response.

However, I've just tried a free VPN and it works as it should, what gives?
