Will openreach tidy/move a wayleaved cable?

[link to this post]

Quick question, the house above us (we're on a hill) has our phone lines attached to a wall passing through its garden and then down to a junction box which serves 8 properties. The cable is not attached in places and the owner wanted them secured before his kids got near them - would Openreach tidy them up or even bury them in a more secure ducting if requested.

Cable image - it's not the clearest image, but it's the grey wobbly line on the wall! It does look like there is a tube going to the ground, but this is a gate post.

One thing that discovering this cable route has highlighted is why FTTP has recently disappeared as a option for me!

Zen 2x services:
Line 1 (B26) 75mb down - 19mb up (Fibre 2)
Line 2 (TQ5) 39.9mb down - 9.9mb up (Fibre 1)
