Setting up a BQM for TalkTalk

[link to this post]

First Post, and I thank you all in advance for any help / advice given.

I have just switched to TalkTalk after 6 months of issues with Virgin. I was easily able to set up BQM's for virgin. I am trying to do the same for my new TalkTalk / Openreach line. However it looks like its all disconnected (https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/77201e5b4fa03f57e47d38adb2e61077d59ea452)

Is anyone able to advise on the settings i should be using to get this set up? I've tried it with ADSL, with cable, and with Fibre and it still just shows the big red wall. . . .

Any help much appreciated.

Matt

If the Talktalk Hub doesn't support responding to pings then you won't be able to setup a BQM with it.
Have a look in the hubs menus for something like "respond to ICMP/Ping on the WAN".

The majority of ISP provided hubs/routers don't work with BQM's.

If you are using the WiFi hub, the setting you are looking for is under "See Internet Settings > Manage advanced settings > Access Control > Firewall" Then toggle the "Respond to pings" to the on position and apply settings.
