Same cabinet, different offerings?

[link to this post]

Does anyone know why my neighbours would have faster broadband speeds available plus extra suppliers (that are not available to me) when we are in same cabinet?
Is there anything that I can do? The slow speeds are killing me.
Thanks

Everything looks pretty much the same except they have double the speed available. It also says that Vodaphone is available and it is for the neighbour but says unavailable for me when I try it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Can you post a link to the results with the address removed so we can see the detail. You may be just onthe borderline of Vodaphone as they will not offer a service below a certain speed.

I'm half wondering if it's just a postcode thing?

Broadband is done on a postcode basis half the time.

It never is.
It isn't done at a cabinet level or a postcode level. It's entirely address specific.

My neighbor 2 doors away on the same street with the same postcode has double the FTTC downstream estimates and 3 times the upstream estimates.
Half the street is connected to another cabinet.

There are cases for others who have FTTP next door while they don't.

Have you ever had FTTC at that address, if not its possible the checker is just playing safe. If your neighbor has had FTTC for a while the checker can use stats from that line
