Giganet in Ferndown

Giganet are advertising that they are coming to Ferndown and I see that there are bits and pieces hanging from poles in the area. So that I do not contract with another ISP for too long, I would like to know when Giganet will actually start connecting to houses.
I have tried asking Giganet directly but don't get a reply.
Does anybody have information about when they will be connecting to premises in BH22 8QP or nearby?

They are already on the other side of the A347/A348. If they've connected poles which your phone line comes through then I don't think it will be too long. Have you tried calling them. They are on as @GiganetUK on Twitter - I would try that.

You will just have to keep checking your postcode on Giganet's website. That will tell you when your postcode has gone live and at that stage you can place an order.
They won't actually connect any house unless an order has been placed and accepted.
