Status messages

[link to this post]

My ISP (IDNet) provides an RSS feed of status messages (originating from, I assume, BT/OR), they're usually pretty cryptic but one arrived this morning that beats me:

TSO Required, raising fault sweeper

Just out of curiosity, can someone clarify?

eta- there's been an update:

Leamore, TSO required, tasks still in TF failing. Raising fault sweeper to kick tasks manually

Apart from the location, not much help to ordinary mortals like me tongue

A task is stuck in the wrong work queue and a software engineer is needed to have a look why it is not automatically progressing. The task has been flagged for an allocator to manually move to the right queue.
Is my guess.

Things were better under Labour.

Well, if a BT employee has to make a guess, what chance do I stand? tongue

But it makes sense, thanks 👍
