Have this bunch stopped supporting the whiteboxes since Cisco bought them out? I've just dug my whitebox out of storage. I stopped using it a few years back as I had a rock steady ISP with a service that never glitched. Two houses later and I have a fast but not robust service so thought i would benefit from Samknows' monthly speed reports but I dont seem to be able to login to my account or get a password reset link.
Any updates or advice appreciated. From the website it looks like they have gone corporate with Cisco and no longer support the domestic market, which would be a shame.

I am still able to login to my SamKnows account fine and I don't even have my WhiteBox connected anymore.

I know I messaged them asking if they had a version of the WhiteBox that can handle 3Gbits for when I upgrade from my 1Gbit Symmetrical connection to a 3Gbit one. Sadly I got no response.

Mine is still working, as is the dashboard. I've not tried a password reset, as I don't need to!

Same, I know that they haven't responded to my query about a Samknows White Box with 5Gbit / 10Gbit Ports for when I upgrade here to 3Gbit Symmetrical.
