Brdy Broadband (vsat) KVTHS administration

Any one know whats going on with Brdy broadband seems to have gone in to administration https://www.thegazette.co.uk/notice/4815023 I have the ka band KVTHS system off them but no way to contact them or any thing have they been taken over by some one else ? I know the Viasat (ka sat 9e) customers have been taken over by Bentley telecom but no mentions of Eutelsat kvths 2.7e any where ,

Yes i have i have seen that, They have gone in to administration but my system kvths is still working but i am not getting billed and unsure who my contract is with

I would guess that you contract is still with the company whilst the administrators try to sort out the debtors and creditors.

They could be trying to "sell" the cuistomer base to another provider and the satellite provider should be aware of the situation - if not, they soon will be. They could, cut you off at any time though.

They could ask the administrators what is happening and they could bill you too - so just be continually aware.

It will still be with brdy operating under the insolvency administrators' remit, until and unless they either shut down or transfer their customer base to another operator. I would think that most value under insolvency would be obtained by keeping services ruining and selling an active customer base.
