E-S 312 Anyone know anything about this PC

Need to know which mobo/memory etc etc its got as I wanna buy a graphics card for it (PC belongs to girlfriend) need a card that will run civ 4 - so bare minimum

Download something like Sisoft Sandra and the motherboard check should give you all the info you need
