Motherboard for AMD XP2700+

I'm trying to fix a friends pc.

It's basically the fact that the MSI motherboard with nVidia graphics does not seem to like Win98SE. I've tried a seperate video board, but no difference, also various versions of nVidia drivers. So thinking of replacing the motherboard.

So, any ideas for a motherboard which will take the AMD XP2700+ processor? Its Skt 462 according to the MB book. The memory is PC2700 DDR333. Also, the psu connects via a 20-way + 4-way connector. I need IDE not SATA.
