which tv tuner

I have win 7 laptop and wish to buy a usb tv twin digital tuners. I am not sure which product to buy. Some works in conjunction with media centre and some without . I have not seen any reviews, so I appreciate your views. (price is not an issue).

Might want to hold up a bit and see what happens with the new DVB-T2 (new HD spec) tuners. Sorry no links as I haven't seen anything happening pc side, but tv side their preparing the box's for march.

Almost all TV tuners have BDA drivers and will thus work with Win media center up to Vista. Mileage may vary under Win7 - it depends if the drivers are available. In my experience USB stick tuners are a waste of money in most instances. Few get a decent signal without a substantial aerial attached unless you have ideal reception conditions. If you can live with something bigger than a stick you'll find these have a good reputation among UK media center users. Outside of this anything from Hauppagage is a good bet for decent performance and support.
