PSU Compatability

Hey peeps.
Looking at new PSUs. From what I can tell my MB (Asus P5W DH Delux) is ATX12v v2. Many new PSUs seem to be ATX12v v2.2.
Is this a problem? The corsair htx650 says it's backwards compat to atx v2.01.
