Corsair 550w psu made by?

I was looking to buy this psu as i think my black screen problems may be psu related.
Doing some research i found this version is made by a group called CWT,is this a case of a second rate corsair? any thoughts.

If it's the CMPSU-550VX to which you refer; it has a 5 year warranty; why worry about who made it for Corsair ?

Just thought they made their own or under the seasonic brand,which has a good reputation.

i think CWT are a manufacturer. Maybe it is still a Seasonic design. Gets tricky these days doesn't it. CWT also make the OCZ PSU's

& those [censored] Jeanstech ones PC World sells. OCZ was recomended to me.

interesting that CWT manufacture the Jeantech, didn't know that.
Have a Corsair 520 here bought because of noise levels mainly...first one went bad real quick: RMAed. 2nd has been fine. Can't see the label right now to see who built it, and didn't check the first one either

Still think i will take a chance on the corsair its just about the spec i need,infact could even be a little overkill at present.
