Logitech z-10 problem(s)

[link to this post]

Hello,

I use these logitech z-10 speakers i've had them for 18 months to 2 years. Anyway about 2 weeks ago the display on them when faint to the point i could only just read it. Anyway I've made a short video on youtube so you can see how there working (or not working) with any luck.
Do you know to fix this problem? Do you know of any speakers of the same quality at least that plug in via usb (like the z-10 does) for sound?
btw the sound works perfectly still its just the display (so far)
Thankyou

Lose connection or solder joint. Take the cover off and prod the wires about while it is on to see if any of them affect the panel. If none do it'll be a solder joint and the fix will probably require a £50 temp controlled soldering iron and a bench mounted magnifying lens.

Kind of like 12eason said. That sounds like a hardware fault. Check logitech dont offer 3 year warranty etc.
