HP Photosmart premium

Not an issue, but has anyone bought the current HP Photosmart Premium series printers. I am looking to find out how well they work and if I can get re-fills of the ink. My 7 year old HP 2710 is starting to creek and I think I need to treat myself.

I've got a Photosmart Premium all-in-one. Great printer, especially as I got it half price in an Argos sale. Works fine with Windows, Linux, and my Mac. Ink is readily available (I get mine from Amazon), but a bit more pricey than some. I prefer the separate cartridges for the different colours. I do like HP printers; they just work without problems.

You missed the point AEP. Are the carts chipped? Are they standard refillable HP carts?

Almost all ink cartridges are chipped nowadays. Almost all of them can be refilled if you try hard enough. I just buy new cartridges; I can't be bothered messing about.

HPs tend not to be.

Well, since you're such an expert on the subject, I'll leave you to advise the OP about Photosmart Premium printers.

You own one, yet seem incapable of saying whether the carts are chipped or not.
