OTA upgrade

I am not sure if this is the right place for this post. I am expecting OTA upgrade( oer the air). What is the requirement for this to happen. ? My tablet is connected via WIFI but I have not installed my email system on the tablet, but I can be reached by email on my laptop!. How do I know that I have not missed this upgrade?

It would help to know what make and model of tablet you are talking about.

The tablet is: Huawei MediaPad with android 3.2. The upgrade is the latest ver 4.0. ( icecream sandwitch!!). I just wanted to know how the procedure works.

Hmm. It doesn't seem to be made clear anywhere, although it doesn't look like the OTA update has been released yet.

I suspect, if it's anything like other tablets, that the upgrade will be offered automatically when available. But to be on the safe side, if you haven't already done so, I would register your device with Huawei.
