Does iPAD 2/3 with WiFi support any kind of Navigation Apps

As said in the Title above, I'm thinking of buying an iPAD 2 or 3 with WiFi only. However I just wonder if some kind of Navigation or Maps are also supported via the WiFi?? Although with WiFi only, any tablets including iPads are of limited "real-life" usages but it may be more tempting if it can support it as well.
So any current iPAD 2/3 users can confirm it???

No. I thought that Navigation or Mapping would be either ALL available or ALL not available in both WiFi only or 3G/4G models! Judging from what you said, navigation features will not be supported in WiFi only iPad 2/3, which is what I intended to consider???

You'll still have the maps on the device but it will only be able to locate based on nearby wifi points.
