HP Pavilion 11 Netbook service door?

I want to upgrade the memory on this and the manual says that I must open the service door. There is a lock/unlock tab which I've slid open (after removing the battery) but it's not clear what I should do next. Is the service door the entire back of the laptop, as there seems to be nothing to open!

Not sure if it's the same device (they call it a Notebook), but try Page 33 here (PDF)
