I have been looking for Win7 laptops and have found several manufacturers (HP in particular) who offer this with 'downgrade rights from Win8.1 pro'. Could someone here talk me through what this involves, please. I know I could contact HP but I thought there might be someone here who knows the details. Is it just a case of selecting an option at setup, or does it involve a complete disk wipe and re-install?
