Laptop PSU

My Mitac 5033 (1998) PSU has blown so today I got a universal laptop psu from ebay with a switch for various voltages on the psu.

I have set the voltage at 20v and locked it. The old psu says 18-22v and the laptop manual says max. 22.5v for the laptop. I have checked the output with a voltmeter and it reads 20.2v, 20v setting about right?
