Connect Molex hard drive to SATA PC

I have UGreen adapter I use to connect, via USB, to my SATA pc, mainly to wipe old hard drives.

However although it has the signal 39 pin male plug into these old hard drives I cannot get power as they have 4 pin MOLEX sockets. Most of my old drives have SATA connections so they can be powered from the UGreen adapter.

I have spare SATA power plugs on my pc. Is there an adapter that has female SATA to female MOLEX so I can power these old hard drives from my pc?

I can see many male SATA to male MOLEX, on Amazon and others but no fenale to female.

Have you not got any molex power from your PSU that you could fit a splitter to?
