Dell Ultrasharp Monitor

I have the 22 inch variant U2212HM of the above monitor I bought new in 2013 and it is still going strong with no pixel defects. I have decided to upgrade to a 24 inch 2019 Ultrasharp from the bay of plenty which the seller says has no defects.

It was someone on here who recommended the Ultrasharp to me and it has been a brilliant buy. I bought a cheaper 19 inch Dell for my downstairs machine but you can see the pixels on the monitor you cant with the Ultrasharp so replaced the 19 inch with a 23 inch and am much happier.

So whoever recommended the Dell US to me all those years ago, thanks.

Amazing that the Dell ultra sharp is so good, you would not think it, looking at their computers. I hear they are up there with BenQ and the higher Acer range.

I have a 24" similar Dell model at home, and its still going strong. I recently added a 27" UHD Dell screen, also impressed.

Got my 24" Ultrasharp today, a 2019 model, and the LG panel is pixel perfect - really pleased with it. Will keep the 22" as a spare.

Edit: OEM ICC Profile for this monitor was difficult to track down for Linux. For Win 11 it's already there.
