Dont RMA anything with Crucial/Micron

I contacted Crucial Support back in January because Windows was seeing my X8 portable SSD as a HDD and trying to defrag it (not good for SSD) instead of Trim it. Crucial said to return it and gave me an RMA number. Sent it to a UK address and it was delivered.

We're now in March and they tell me the cant replace with another X8 and it will be a X9 but there's a shortage. Just received the order confirmation today from Micron with a shipping date of 6 June 2025!
