I'd be extremely interested to know what your peering arrangements are given that the entire LINX exchange has a peak transfer rate of 1.161 Tbps. Clearly it will only take a very small number of customers concurrently using gigabit connections (at anywhere near full speed, or even 30% maximal speed) to produce a deluge of traffic.
Do you anticipate that, much like Japan and S. Korea fibre, the connections will be massively slower during daytime when contention is higher?
I suppose this all leads onto the question of what you expect the contention ratio will be, given such wide connections and such reasonable prices
