What would you like to see from Hyperoptic, if they were to do something new?
Here's my list...
A new router. I see the Inteno DG301 is out. Four gig LAN ports would be very nice.
A service status page. Hopefully hardly used, but useful for upcoming work or outages.
New packages, maybe without the VOIP line, but without the additional charge.
A partnership with Google Fiber. Ok, this one's not likely, but we can hope!

Oooh this is a good idea!
Thank you for starting this - we're monitoring this thread so all suggestions are welcome.
I'd like to take the opportunity to put my request in, personally I'd love Hyperoptic to become available in my home town, Reading!
Best wishes

What would you like to see from Hyperoptic
Roll-out to a small village in Fife.
Ok, but that's what I would like to see.

A page showing a list of developments where the service is available would be nice. Checking the postcode of every block in London doesn't seem to be a very efficient way of doing it.
Just started the campaign to get Hyperoptic to my current block. Hoping it goes well...

MIght help to reduce the level of searching, so long as they keep us up to date with the new postcodes covered

Prices.
As typical, impossible to track down broadband-only price on website. They claim it is available but never, as far as I can see, reveal what it is.
Considering they highlight the landline-free feature of their service...

For the 1Gig package it's £60 without a VOIP line, or £50 + £12.50 "line rental" with.
Quite a lot for a voip line that I don't really want as I'd prefer a BT line, but I imagine this makes a nice amount of profit.
Never use my phone for outgoing chargeable calls though.
