Ive now been connected to hyperoptic for just over 2 weeks and Im really pleased with both speed and customer service - few problems with the phone service when we started but they soon had it sorted. When you compare to what I was able to get in my appartment before (with no access to FTTC) a miserable 5Mbps there is no competition.
