H298A router VOIP dial tone

Just swapped to the H298A router, and the dial tone has changed to a high pitched squeal, like the normal unobtainable tone.

I'm told this is perfectly normal and there's no way to change it, so I thought i'd see if anyone knew how to change it

(yes, I know I could just put up with it, turn the volume down, etc)

Or in otherwords they couldn't be bothered to ensure it was producing the correct tones for the country that it's being used in.

Well yes, there is that. I did wonder if it was just my config or if it was how they've configured it for everyone.

As much as I like Hyperoptic, their support isn't great. I had it explained to me a number of times it was due to it being VOIP, and what VOIP was an acronym of.
