Static IP configuration

Hi,

I have just sarted using Hyperoptic and want to probably go with the fixed IP solution as the CGNAT is causing Plex some troubles. If I do this, does the fixed IP detail have to be staticly configured in the router? If using the HyperHub, is this done in a config boot file or would it have to be configured if the router was factory reset?

Also, for IPV6, is there any way of finding out my /64 prefix?

The fixed IP is allocated by DHCP so no changes are needed on your end.

We would be able to provide you with a static IP address and this service comes at a £5/mo additional fee to your current subscription. It's an add-on so it can be enabled/disabled per request, and it won't influence your minimum period.
