I have been with them a year and a half now. For me it was a no-brainer as the only other option would be 2-3 mbps ADSL to the lengthy EO aluminium line...
I chose the middle service (150/150) and £35 for that is reasonable. I could not imagine why I would need anything faster than that as everything downloads (and uploads!) in seconds. Even if Openreach based FTTC/FTTP products became available, I would not switch back to an asymmetric connection anymore and OR based FTTP services tend to be more expensive as well.
The only potential drawback with Hyperoptic is Carrier-grade NAT. It has caused absolutely no problems for me as I am a typical end user and do not host anything at home or need port forwarding.
