Hyperoptic's own Speedtest

Ive raised this directly with Hyperoptic but wondered if anyone else got really bad results using Hyperoptic's own speed test. I'm on a MAC and tried with several browsers apps etc.

On my 1Gb connection Hyperoptic report 207.9 down and 67.5 up but if I use the Ookla Speedtest app I get 876 down and 928 up which is what I would expect.

Logically they are the same but the Hyperoptic one is using data stored on the Hyperoptic network and the Ookla one is probably off net (have to say probably as it might be using a different server on the Hyperoptic network, due to the location choosing algorithm)
