If you choose a promotional price with a 12-month deal, once the minimum term expires, you are then on a monthly rolling plan with a standard price for the chosen package. Also, we listened to your feedback and as per Ofcom, next year we will start sending notifications once the commitment period expires. I renewed at the start of this year, and I did appreciate CS honouring the promotional price which was on offer at the time for my renewal. It would be nice if a little retention discount could be offered for renewing in advance of the contract expiry, to acknowledge the early re-commitment. I paid a month at full price and it was eye-wateringly expensive... Great service though.
