waste of time asking them to look into it, they will just deny there's an issue when there clearly is, especially if its numerous people with the same issue.

0% Packet loss on my connection atm according to my samknows whitebox .. As i said in the other thread it's not a whole network issue as i get very little if any packet loss issues on my connection.


This is a copy and paste of my live connection via samknows -

Latency 11.5 ms

Packet loss 0 %

Jitter 0.0705 ms

UDP Packet Loss (Scheduled) 0.00103 %

ive applied for a samknows whitebox but they only select certain people dont they, ive tried to get one numerous times.
