Any way to speed up installation to small block of flats?

[link to this post]

Live in a 2018-built block of 7 flats that is connected to a copper only exchange, so registered interest with every possible fibre provider I could.

In January 2023, someone from hyperoptic emails and says they're expanding to our area, wants some details about our building etc.

We are leasehold but have Right to Manage, so are responsible for the management of the building, and gave all the right permissions for wayleave etc.

In July 2023 one of their planners came, surveyed the building, and has drawn up an "installation method proposal" , with pictures and plans mapping out where the cables would go and types of boxes required, that kind of thing.

It was suggested to us that the installation might happen at the end of August but it didn't, and it's gone quiet.

There is hyperoptic in the area - neighbouring houses which are part of the same development are able to get it, so it seems like it would just be a question of their engineers following the instructions in the installation proposal to get it done.

Is there any way we can accelerate this process? There's 7 households who are pretty desperate for fast internet having lived with 2 meg copper for the past five years!
