Hyperoptic have broken IPv6

[link to this post]

It looks like the decay of this once fairly good ISP is being allowed to continue. Had a user reporting an issue accessing some remote access services and it looks like the IP space just isn't being advertised to quite a large portion of the internet so connections die in the Hyperoptic network:
Tracing route to loopsofzen.uk [2001:8b0:0:30::666:102]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

1 1 ms 1 ms 1 ms 2a01:4b00:bf10:b900:ea9f:80ff:fedc:727f
2 * * * Request timed out.
3 4 ms 4 ms 4 ms 2a01:4b00::a06c
4 Destination host unreachable.

Have opened a support ticket with Hyperoptic but I don't think they have the staff quality or internal processes any more to be able to handle this type of request, I'll update this as the fault progresses.

I have a similar issue. See here https://forums.thinkbroadband.com/unhappiness/t/4776...

It is clearly an upstream issue, but nobody is investigating it locally.

Interestingly enough, I exprerience no dropouts if I connect via a VPN.
