What is the current average response time for e-mail support? Is there a big backlog or something ...?

Hi Gari

About 10 minutes I think - there isn't currently a backlog. If you have an ongoing issue please PM me and I'll look into it for you.

Regards
Simon

Hi Simon, thanks for the quick reply ...

I sent support @ idnet an e-mail on Wed, 20 Sep 2006 16:04:28 and heard nothing back. The same happened in July when I used your web contact form.

The problem related to GMS webmail - I was unable to log in again (it has happened before)

However, after doing some self-help I found this which may or may not be the case. Since the problem "fixes" itself, it is OK again now, but the lack of response doesn't inspire confidence ...

It could be that e-mail from my domain name is getting caught in your anti spam filters ?

I too, experienced a period of non response to matters raised using the online form, a few months ago which were speedily rectified when I rang IDNet.
I also experienced a period of not being able to access my e-mail via the GMS webmail interface, although I was able to access my e-mail via mail clients. Outlook Express & Outlook in fact. (Two accounts, one via OE. One on another PC, via Outllook.) It took a day or so for IDNet to locate the problem in GMS Webmail, but find it they did.

Hi Gari

Sorry you didn't get a reply, I'll look into the logs. Glad your problem is rectified. The KB article that you refered to doesn't apply as we don't use a Windows database.

Regards
Simon

Ok, no worries mate ...

It's not really a problem, I just need to log in to GMS pro sometimes, as the custom filters are very handy

I will PM you the e-mail content, incase it helps you find what is going on with my e-mails ....
