I sent support @ idnet an e-mail on Wed, 20 Sep 2006 16:04:28 and heard nothing back. The same happened in July when I used your web contact form.
The problem related to GMS webmail - I was unable to log in again (it has happened before)
However, after doing some self-help I found
this which may or may not be the case. Since the problem "fixes" itself, it is OK again now, but the lack of response doesn't inspire confidence ...
It could be that e-mail from my domain name is getting caught in your anti spam filters ?
